(Section 15 (1) Telemediengesetz – www.gesetze-im-internet.de/tmg/__15.html), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): the legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data in fulfilment of a contractual agreement or pre-contractual measures, as well as the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG). You may object to such processing at any time.

 

Contact

All personal information and other data that you submit to us via the online contact form is collected and processed for the purposes of responding to your request and in the event that there are any follow-up questions. Your data is forwarded to us by e-mail via our provider. We never disclose such data without your consent

The data entered in the contact form is thus processed exclusively with your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time. To do so, simply send us an e-mail. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the data processing until such time as consent is withdrawn.

We keep the data entered via the contact form until such time as you request that we delete it, you withdraw your consent to the storage or the purpose of the storage no longer exists (e.g. once your request has been dealt with in full). This website uses functions of Google Analytics, the web analysis service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
